Sophic Services collects information at several different points through various reliable and accountable networks and resources. Sophic Services is the sole owner of the information collected and verifies through in-house telemarketing and email survey campaign departments. Under circumstances Sophic Services sell, share or rent this information to its clients and third parties who confirm the proper usage and as confirmed by the recipient to do so.

Sophic Services offers several opportunities for recipients to register for promotional and informational mailings, online Webinars and resources. These enable users to opt in to Sophic Services 's mailing lists and require users to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this contact information to send the requested information about affiliated third parties / Partners Company, products and services. Notice is given at the point of collection to enable users to choose whether or not they consent to the usage terms. In case of Sophic Services filing for bankruptcy all of the recipients will be informed about the same. No data will be shared with any other companies or associates. Dispute Resolution

Identifiable Persons may contact the Legal Department at Sophic Services to submit data access requests, register complaints or address any other relevant issues under the Safe Harbor Principles.
